What You’ll be Doing –
TTEC is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our high performing Sales Operations team. The contracting function for new business has been forged into a highly functioning, exceptionally valuable role within TTEC and we’re looking for a dedicated, positive, creative hard worker who is excited about the opportunity fulfill the full range of responsibilities it requires for our sales executives, client partners and operations teams, in drafting, negotiating and executing on client friendly, minimal risk business terms and conditions for our business, and our clients.
You’ll report to Vice President, Solution Architecture & Value Engineering. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Lead a small team of Contract Administrators, providing mentorship and skilled expertise as guidance
- Draft Statements of Work and other contracting vehicles relative to the business terms associated with Contact Center Services
- Interface with subject matter experts across departments including but not limited to solutions, operations, pricing, IT, Legal
- Participate in customer contract negotiations as required, coordinate all internal stakeholders to gain approval on business terms drafted
- Be responsible for SOW development process and contribute to process improvement, template design, development of standardized language
- Support sales with RFx responses and supplied contact reviews with Legal support as necessary
- Solve complex problems; able to identify contact center risk in client and / or company SOWs and draft and negotiate language to mitigate risk
- Works independently with minimal guidance
What You Bring to the Role
- 3-5 years of related experience with a related degree; or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years prior experience in drafting and managing Contact Center Statements of Work
- Prior contact center operational management experience or have worked in the customer experience outsourcing industry
- Excellent coordination and management skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of management

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $71,000 – $125,000 Annually. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
