Overview

The Director of Digital Content Distribution plays a pivotal role in the development and deployment of the new content distribution infrastructure IGT will leverage on all markets on a global scale. This role requires an innovation focused approach, the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines. This position requires travel for Customers’ visits and occasionally internal team meetings (ca. 20%) and the interaction with a global network of stakeholders may require some flexibility in the working hours.

Job Responsibilities:
• Define requirements and product roadmap for the Digital Content Distribution system
• Design and implement, along with product leadership, the Go To Market strategy for Digital Content Distribution
• Ensure alignment and cooperation with all the Product lines, Game Studios and development teams
• Clearly communicate strategic priorities with all stakeholders and Customers
• Oversee the deployment of the new content distribution system on a global scale
• Provide strategic guidance for the optimization of Cloud infrastructure and related cost structure
• Support the Sales Teams in achieving penetration for new business models enabled by the Digital Content Distribution
• Define and manage the overall performance management system for all connected units
• Work with the marketing team to define the communication strategy and key messages for the customers
• Co-operate with other internal department (like Field Services and Accounting) to define the new operative processes to fully leverage the new Distribution System

Work Location:
• This position is US based but has a global responsibility with key focus on NA markets. The Director of Digital Content Distribution may work on an flexible hybrid schedule out of main IGT offices in US (Las Vegas, Reno, Egg Harbor, San Francisco, Providence) or completely remote.

Requirements

Experience and Education:
• 5+ years in digital product management leadership roles, with focus on innovation and change management
• Proven experience in managing product roadmap is a must
• Experience with B2B Cloud based services is a strong plus (especially in retail environment)
• Masters/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player and proven track record of effectively working in Matrix organizations
• Gaming experience not required

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $93,800-$240,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
