Lead the product design and execution. Drives stakeholder alignment and agreement on product priorities, business strategy, trade-off decisions and investment. Provides critical business direction, guidance and decisions to product development and delivery teams. Frequently represent product to senior leaders, clients, and business partners. Stays abreast of new and emerging cyber security best practices and technologies and assesses their applicability to Schwab’s product strategy. Organizes and manages a complex roadmap across the team to ensure core features and functionality are executed in a consistent and coordinated manner. Responsible for driving a consistent process across the team and providing consistent communication on progress of the deliverables. Develops business requirements and help guide the product owners on the priority and direction.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science or related field and seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role. Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Technology product management, business development and project management experience; Strong execution mindset and is focused on achieving milestones, has the ability to balance time to market and business requirements, gets into the details and develops business requirements and help guide the product owners on the priority and direction; Organize and manage a complex roadmap across the team to ensure core features and functionality are executed in a consistent and coordinated manner; Experience in crafting strategy with a highly client-focused experience, including developing roadmaps, project plans, and leading large technology product development projects; and Highly skilled at working cross functionally with technology, service, marketing and product teams to create, implement and evolve our in-market solutions offering tangible, measurable business results.

Salary: $141,900.00 – $283,900.00 per year.
