Director of Business Management

Responsibilities:
As the Director of Business Management, you will:

  • Drive the architecting, development, and execution of the GLT rhythm of business.
  • Leverage knowledge of the CEO’s goals and business approach to ensure business activities are aligned with the leader’s objectives.
  • Create alignment within partnerships by providing an objective point of view, ensuring all voices are heard, synthesizing ideas, and creating an action plan.
  • Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and to manage complex business needs.
  • Leverage, manage and identify business tools that support operations.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

    o OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective project management skills and the ability to lead multiple high-profile projects forward, effectively leveraging available resources to drive results.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis outputs, systems, and tools.
  • Manages confidentiality, without exception.
  • 8+ years of business management and/or equivalent experience
  • Consulting experience preferred.

Business Management IC6 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 – $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 – $292,200 per year.
