About The Role:
The CRM team at TTG is seeking a Director of CRM Marketing to lead our CRM marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is focused on customer insights and knows how to use that data to drive engagement and loyalty, is collaborative and loves to partner with multiple stakeholders across a company, and is a thoughtful, strategic people leader who can get into the weeds with their team.
Reporting directly into the VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of CRM, including: email, SMS, and mobile app engagement marketing, as well as retention and lifecycle marketing. This is a highly cross-functional position, as you will work with employees across North America, London, and New York and work alongside many teams including product, analytics, merchandising, and creative.

Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 1 – 2 days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a global retention and lifecycle marketing strategy, with a focus on increasing customer engagement and loyalty
- Oversee email, SMS, and mobile app engagement marketing campaigns, working closely with regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global strategy
- Manage a small team responsible for executing campaigns and reporting on performance
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for personalized, targeted campaigns
- Collaborate with product, analytics, merchandising, and creative teams to develop effective campaigns and messaging
- Implement and optimize retention campaigns and other programming to reduce churn and increase lifetime value
- Develop a thorough understanding of TodayTix Group’s customer segments and create campaigns to target and engage each segment
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in retention marketing
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in crm/email/retention marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Experience in email, SMS, and mobile app engagement marketing
- Experience managing a team and ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage workflow
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working in a global capacity preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- A passion for live events a plus!
$150,000 – $170,000 a year
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
