Our client, a B2B high growth SaaS startup is seeking a Director of GTM Finance and Rev Ops

Core Responsibilities/Projects:
Deal Desk – Quote to cash, sales process, pushing complicated deals forward, procurement
CRM management – owning processes and data in HubSpot, optimizing stages, reporting
Finance & Sales Ops – forecasting, compensation planning/admin, KPIs, GTM metrics, GTM plan/targets, OKRs, budgets, pricelists
Profile/Background:
Strong in Google Sheets. SQL is nice to have
Strong CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) – understands value it brings and how to properly scale CRM
Coming from B2B or B2G (government) environments. Long and complex enterprise deal sizes. 6 months. $15MM deal sizes

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 base + equity
