The Director of Quality and Incident Management is a full time position based at St. Joseph’s Center administrative headquarters in Scranton, PA. The salary for this position starts at $63K and includes healthcare benefits and paid time off.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and implement quality assurance and compliance programs and initiatives
- Educate, train, and mentor a dedicated team of nurses and other health professionals
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and incident management
- Ensure adherence to best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Use clinical experience, communication and problem-solving skills
What’s Required of You
- Previous clinical experience with a passion for upholding high-quality standards.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Pennsylvania (PA) License
- Innovative problem solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in intellectual and developmental disability care
- Current CPR certification
- Valid PA Driver’s License
