Position Summary:
As the Director of St. Lawrence Community Health Center you will provide the community with essential and cost-effective primary care and manage a team of dedicated professionals. The Directorship is accountable for the operational oversight of the health center.
The Director will work onsite Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field of study is required.
- 2-5 years of previous administrative/operational experience in a health care setting, including previous experience directly managing employees (e.g. supervision, schedules, performance, hiring, employee relations, etc.).
- Track record of success of working with medical providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff.
- Advanced knowledge of electronic medical records.
- Bilingual English and either Bengali, Bangla, or Spanish is required.
Key Duties:
- Provides day-to-day support of clinical operations including staffing and facility requirements.
- Performs data reviews to ensure the health center is performing at optimal levels. This includes but is not limited to fiscal, operational, and clinical indicators.
- Defines and recommends goals and objectives for the center. Develops specific short-term and long-term goals and programs.
- Develops positive relations with the community. Promotes the health center, marketing initiatives, and outreach.
- Reviews audits in order to realize grant-based goals and performance measures.

Starting Compensation: Minimum $65,000 per year; Maximum $75,000 per year
