Director of Strategy & Investor Relations

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Strategy / Investor Relations to work closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy on key planning, investor relations, and M&A-related activity. The role will include involvement with Board materials, earnings documents, and ownership of transaction processes. Furthermore, the individual will be tasked with managing investor dialogue and staying organized on KPI-tracking across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
• Management of investor meeting schedule, preparation, and day-to-day dialogue
• Help with drafting of Board materials and analyses, investor presentations and earnings documents (script and press release)
• Assist with M&A process and execution, capital structure management, and key strategic decisions that drive the Company’s strategy
• Maintain company model and comparable company analysis
• Track and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent job-related experience is required
• MBA Degree with emphasis in Finance or Analytics preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and / or Finance (investment banking or consulting experience preferred)
• Financial analysis, key performance metrics, budgeting, planning, performance improvement initiatives, new business pro-forma modeling
• Advanced experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling, trend analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis skills, ideally with experience or interest in automation
• Hands-on, strong grasp of corporate or business unit financial concepts and tools, inclusive of financial ratios and key metrics
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to juggle and complete multiple duties with quality and accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
• Experience using computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications
