About The Role:
TTG is seeking a Director of Theatre Guides to shape the trajectory of LondonTheatre.co.uk and NewYorkTheatreGuide.com, two vibrant sites poised for growth within their respective markets. Partnering closely with our Senior Leadership, you will be the driver of a dynamic growth plan aimed at optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is hands-on and strategic with a collaborative mindset, as you will work with many stakeholders across our global team.
Reporting into the SVP of Global Operations, you will be responsible for providing a consistent brand experience from site to TTG’s product offerings. You will drive home messages of credibility, trust, and comfort at every customer touchpoint. Leveraging analytical insight, you will utilize customer data to identify service improvement opportunities, new audience groups, and new growth avenues.
In this role, you will be a guiding force in nurturing innovative sites that serve as industry experts when it comes to live events and theatre. More importantly, you will be shaping a space for an energetic community of entertainment aficionados around the world. If this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you!
