The Director, Operations eComm – Network of the Future is responsible for ensuring the future state of the Last Mile platform is analyzed, planned, and then executed against. The leader will work primarily with store operations, fulfillment operations, and central teams.

You’ll make an impact by…
- Developing and implementing the Last Mile Network Configurations which balance capacity and cost
- Providing insight into Walmart Strategic programs on behalf of Last Mile and integrating the programs into the business
- Scale the organization through tenets, mechanisms and metrics

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project
management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
