The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $125,000 -$225,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is what you will do in this role:
- Embracing people leadership by building, supporting, and driving a team of PMO professionals.
- Establishing and enhancing the strategic direction of the PMO Global Process and Tools function in alignment with PMO and our Global Execution and Sustainability (GES) team.
- Developing, improving, and operationalizing global project execution processes, tools, standardized deliverables and methodologies
- Ensuring alignment and adherence between development tools and regionally accepted processes.
- Accelerating maturity of Global Process and Tools through/by:
- Simplified project scheduling templates supporting consistency of naming and interfaces
- Document Management Storage
- Quality Gate reviews and tracking
- Cross-functional Project tracking
- Other exciting projects as assigned
What we are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university; Master’s Degree preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience working in Project Management, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or other role/industry with a project-based focus
- Dense experience creating tools, processes, and methodologies with scalable capabilities in a large, matrixed organization.
- 5+ years of experience leading a direct team in a matrix environment
- 5+ years working in a global role with exposure and experiences across North America, Europe, China, and Asia Pacific.
- Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and expert knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.
- Demonstrates advance understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
