You wake up every day driven to change the world by building better teams, driving results, and building great software by leveraging Data Insights and Data Science. Your 5+ year track record in Product Management is one of making great things happen all around you with Data, ML and AI. You relish in providing strategic direction for your categories and providing the structure to help people deliver results. Mentoring, training, and building high powered Product build teams are at the core of what you do. You continually pull together business, engineering, product, user experience and data to seamlessly merge business and operational processes into the amazing software your team delivers on a consistent basis.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Defines long-term vision and product strategy for business areas by collaborating to develop long-term corporate financial plans; developing and delivering on the financial plan for area of responsibility; developing and providing recommendations to business on long-term investments (for example, acquisitions, disruptive technology); capitalizing on domain expertise; identifying and anticipating market opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the market and competition; overseeing the execution of competitive assessments, identifying and facilitating disruptive innovation opportunities; approving business cases; prioritizing and allocating resources; and approving objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Prioritizes product roadmaps and develops growth strategies across business areas by collaborating with senior leadership across the organization; predicting risks and dependencies; taking proactive measures to remedy issues; navigating ambiguous business challenges; and identifying high impact and return on investment opportunities.
  • Fosters a culture and mindset of ‘customer-first’ by building and fostering collaborative relationships with key partners (for example, business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); driving priorities across business pillars and role modeling transparency; communicating product roadmaps and priorities; collaborating across business areas for roadmap prioritization; engaging with key partners to determine the best product and business strategies; and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership.
  • Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
  • Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.
  • Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$240,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience
