The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart’s customers. Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is looking for an exceptional Product Operations leader to work closely with our high performing Product Management organization to enable the next phase of WFS’s rapid growth. In this role you will work closely with the Product Management leadership team to set the strategic direction of WFS, drive productivity and efficiency within the product teams, and ensure value is delivered to our sellers and customers. You will lead a team focused on building and owning the connective tissue between teams building WFS technology and teams who interact with our sellers and customers.

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Leading the Product Management planning process within our team and across partners – this includes facilitating the quarterly engineering planning and prioritization process
  • Overseeing Product business rhythms – weekly/bi-weekly/monthly business reviews with Product/partner teams and senior executives
  • Leading effective communication with executives and partner teams to inform and drive alignment on strategic initiatives
  • Driving improvements to the collaboration processes between WFS product, user research / design, engineering, and data science teams and optimize partnership models with additional partner teams across Walmart
  • Reviewing, designing, and executing improvements to the WFS product development and go-to-market processes

Required skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, business administration or similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in a user facing product strategy and development, strategic consulting or similar role
  • Superb writing, meeting facilitation, PowerPoint and overall communication skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with senior executives in large strategic forums
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with deep experience in building business cases
  • Significant people and organizational management skills. A natural leader and mentor.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all the facets of our products and processes.
  • Detail oriented, with attention to nuisances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces.

  • Proven success in building consumer facing products, working backward from user needs and pain points.
  • Experience leading logistics and supply chain product development
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$190,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
