Position Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting the Global Chief Analytics Officer for Rufus. Role will focus on project management across all LOBs, staying engaged with and tracking major workstreams. Will support by managing comms and project roadmaps with dedicated LOB leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of flawless management of analytics execution deliverables
  • Leads, develops and provides ongoing status reports to senior leadership team in partnership with LOB leads
  • Identifies areas of potential risk and identifies and implements risk mitigation strategies on all assigned projects
  • Ensures quality execution and delivery of solutions through optimized workload distribution
  • Works with LOB leads to identify options for resolution and communicate those options upstream to senior leaderships and clients
  • Manage project workflow and project coordination, internally/externally

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience within either media or analytics
  • Experience working within an advertising agency environment
  • Familiar with analytics strategy and processes, across multiple solutions including audience development & activation, performance reporting, attribution
  • Track record of manage multiple projects at once as well as managing and delegating projects to associate, project managers and associate director.
  • Proficiency with Workfront and Asana, with an ability to embrace, onboard and learn internal project management tools and systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to internal/external teams
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, independent and responsive to feedback
  • Ability to thrive, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
