As a Director, Store Design you will…
- Manage and lead design process for renovations and new stores.
- Drive and implement Starbucks’s design strategy and purpose-built stores across the region.
- Lead our design team while supporting partnerships with real estate, construction, facilities, store operations.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- 10 years of experience leading a team of architects and interior designers
- 8 years of experience hiring and managing outside consultants
- 8 years of experience leading teams and developing partners (employees)
- 8 years of project management experience
- 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality design
- Previous experience presenting to large groups
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and other architectural programs
