Director, Strategic Partnerships – Remote

What You’ll be Doing

The mission for the Director of Strategic Partnerships role is to develop and manage relationships with 3rd party technology and services providers that will help TTEC develop new products and services, or that can complement TTEC’s current solutions or extend them in ways that benefit our customers. You will help to identify strategic technology and services partners (i.e., contributing to commercial growth), evaluate and validate partner capabilities, and then work collaboratively across TTEC to onboard and integrate partner capabilities into our products and services.

You’ll report to the VP of Product Management working across functions like Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, helping to ensure TTEC and our clients are gaining expected business value and ensuring these relationships deliver value back to the partner.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Work with various teams to understand where to offer new capabilities and services, how to address current gaps, and determine where partner capabilities can be leveraged in new products and services developments
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology and services partners that align with TTEC’s mission and product strategy
  • Work collaboratively with partners to develop mutually beneficial commercial constructs and pricing models
  • Work with business partners across TTEC Engage to coordinate and execute pilot
  • Facilitate integration and adoption of new partner capabilities within the broader organization
  • Monitor and evaluate the ongoing performance of technology and services partners from a financial and operational performance perspective
  • Lead day-to-day management of key partners while facilitating meaningful relationships between Partners and key TTEC resources

What You Bring to the Role

  • Demonstrate expertise using market research, knowledge of the industry and technology, and broad industry relationships to find and onboard new partners
  • Demonstrated success in a partner management role, from onboarding new partners to ongoing partner management
  • Exhibit broad industry experience across all aspects of contact center, BPO solutions and operations activities
  • Ability to quickly understand, evaluate, and explain partner capabilities, potential benefits, and partner fit within the TTEC ecosystem

The anticipated range is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
