Deem’s sales and business development teams generate the revenue to drive growth and enable continued development of products and services. That in turn, helps shape the future of Deem across the entire business travel ecosystem and improves travel experiences for millions of people around the world.
The successful candidate for this role will be the face of Deem to large enterprise-sized companies seeking a better experience for their travelers. You will gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and create a vision that can inspire customers to modernize and transform their travel programs using Deem solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams and partners to create winning strategies and lay the foundation for successful partnerships with our customers.
We’re looking for results-oriented sales executives with a hunter mindset and a proven track record of exceeding goals and quotas. You are driven and self-motivated to achieve goals and objectives. A background in travel and/or SaaS sales is essential along with expertise in a business vertical such as financial services, professional services, manufacturing, energy and/or technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify business prospects and secure new customers that are aligned with Deem’s business goals and objectives
- Meet with key decision makers to grow the customer base and to expand Deem’s market share
- Develop excellent working relationships with internal and external teams to develop winning strategies
- Develop innovative ways to attract new business within a defined territory
- Direct all aspects of the sales process to include vetting opportunities, developing relationships with decision makers, identifying the members of the deal team, assessing what it will take to win, managing the end-to-end sales process, closing deals, managing contract negotiations, and remaining engaged in the implementation process to ensure a successful onboarding
Who we are looking for in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Over 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years of experience dedicated to Fortune 500 sized companies and a proven track record of success with customers of this size
- Experience developing innovative approaches and ideas to close large accounts
- Area sales territory management experience
- Knowledge of the global business travel industry required

Salary Target/Range: $130-$145K base salary per year
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, depth of experience, education, specialty and training.
