What will you do
The Director, Supply Chain Systems Enablement Delivery Orchestrator is responsible for the integrated workplan of all supply chain domains (Plan, Source, Make, Quality, and Deliver) to drive the integration of domain specific roadmaps into the full roadmap of change, including standardization of deployment processes, to enable first time right delivery, adherence to value commitments, and alignment with the organization’s strategy, OKRs, and desired outcomes of supply chain operations and functions. In collaboration with our Plan, Source, Make, Quality & EHS, and Deliver Platform Line Leads, they develop and embed the structured prioritization and integrated deployment approach to drive execution while ensuring systems, the business and associated support/sustainment structures are ready. They lead the integrated roadmap development, coordinating functional backlogs, pulling forward opportunities based on value and importance, sequencing work based on capacity for change and expressing in short- and long-term plans aligned with regular governance requirements, including annual and long-range budgeting. They own the single view of change across the entire SC&O ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• BACKLOG and ROADMAP: owns the structured approach (e.g., Kanban) to flow demand into execution phase. Sets business case standards and coaches teams on business case development and approval based on standards for investment. Owns the prioritization framework and conducts periodic backlog reviews. Advises on opportunities to advance new work and facilitates governance review for launch. Sets integrated roadmap based on business priorities and value drivers, aligned with organizational capacity. Ensure periodic reviews align with budget cadence and provide single point of alignment across the entire portfolio. Coordinate cross-domain interdependency alignment and sequencing of initiatives
• DEPLOYMENT MODEL: owns the fully integrated implementation approach that accounts for change across people, process and technology domains that ensures first time right and maximum adoption and value realization. Accountable for project execution standards governing solution readiness, business readiness and sustainment. Defines milestone standards to be embedded in any investment program, scaled appropriately to balance agility and control
• THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: stay informed of trends and innovation in the industry, the supply chain domain, operational excellence and lean, business integration/delivery model innovation, etc. to identify opportunities for service improvement
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years working experience and demonstrated leadership in two or more supply chain domains: Plan, Source, Make, Quality/EHS, and Deliver
• Minimum of 5 years as a program manager specifically in programs where business process and technology change was managed alongside operational readiness;
• Experienced in leading change using a structured approach
• Experienced in leading and/or working within a defined, gated portfolio process
• Track record of program and project delivery, with preference for initiatives with digitally enabling capabilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in managing through influence and matrixed organization design
• Ability to travel up to 25% international and or domestic
Desired Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the healthcare/consumer industries
• Experience as an agile delivery manager/delivery orchestrator
• Experience leading a portfolio of mixed method initiatives such as agile, lean, traditional/waterfall, etc.
• Experienced program manager, PMO lead or large project lead, with preference for those that include process, technology and people changes

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750.
