Job Description

The Dispatcher is responsible for accurately logging service requests and dispatching to bellman, answering telephones with appropriate greeting and handing out valet keys. Must be aware of services, outlet hours of operations, and maintains clear communication with bell staff and guests.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phone within 3 rings with appropriate and warm greeting. Ensure proper phone etiquette at all times.
  • Ensure pending guest requests are assigned promptly and completed within 15 minutes.
  • Log all requests on job log with neat and legible writing and include times and bellman assigned.
  • Ensure the daily line-up is present and rotation assignments are being met.
  • Ensure daily activities sheet is on clip board and drive-in’s highlighted.
  • Ensure laundry orders are picked up and delivered to housekeeping.
  • Ensure there are adequate supplies and tickets at the desk.
  • Practice Safety within the work area and always be cautious of your surroundings.

Pay Rate: $18.00
