Nature of Work: This position will work with the Director of Affiliate Marketing to fulfill marketing for the network’s existing client list of MVPD’s and assist in setting the strategic direction for affiliate marketing and promotions. The manager will work closely with the affiliate sales and marketing team to maximize Outdoor Sportsman Group’s marketing efforts for retention, growth and new affiliate launches.
Examples of work performed:
- Assist Director of Affiliate Marketing to ensure Affiliate Sales is developing and executing the marketing plans for the network’s existing MVPD clients.
- Coordinate with Director on the use and implementation of OSG interdepartmental marketing opportunities.
- Assist Director of Affiliate Marketing to maintain and stay within budget.
- Work with affiliate sales team to provide updated marketing reports.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the cable industry.
- Liaison with Communications, Business Development, Events Programming, Creative Services and other internal departments with projects.
- Manage content for international partners.
- Manage the Affiliate Website content
- Upload content to affiliate site
- Upload & manage annual promotions and free previews on the affiliate site
- Manage the day to day maintenance on the affiliate website
- Manage social media programs associated with OSG affiliate partnerships.
- Manage CSR incentive programs.
- Assist in the planning, creation, coordination, tracking of all required marketing materials for affiliate needs such as print, digital, social and video.
- Assist in the development of all Free Preview materials.
- Track contract media fund (CMF) spending.
- Order, manage inventory and coordinate shipping of OSG premiums, raffle items, prizes, etc. pertaining to affiliate partnerships.
- Attend and represent OSGN at consumer events and trade shows as needed.
- Manage and supply the affiliate deliverables promoting tent pole programming.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in: TV affiliate marketing, marketing, sales, digital or affiliate relations (especially on the cable, MVPD, satellite, digital and/or telco side).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Compensation
- Base salary range $60,000 – $70,000 per annum
