Morgan Stanley Investment Management Distribution Management team is looking to hire an Associate to perform the following principal responsibilities to support Distribution:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a solid track record of demonstrating excellence, performance, initiative and team work.
Key Duties/Responsibilitie
- Work with SS&C SalesConnect application on the resolution of trades and AUM down to a Firm/Office/Rep level leveraging Transfer Agency Data (TA) and Sub TA data
- Generate reports using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel which are leveraged by sales to improve the effectiveness of distribution efforts
- Oversee the Report folders set up for each distinct sales team/business group within Salesforce to ensure appropriate access is set and maintained
- Prepare a set of reoccurring reports on a weekly/monthly basis that are leveraged by Sales/Ops/Investment Teams, etc.
- Respond to inbound requests from Salesforce users (Sales) to help troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce CRM system
- Work with MSIM Marketing to create Salesforce Contact Lists that are used for digital e-mail blasts
- Work with MSIM IT, Distribution Management and Sales to help prioritize and drive new Salesforce Enhancements as needed
- Review and make updates to the MSIM Fund Rollup Product Hierarchy on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ plus years of related experience preferred
- Salesforce reporting experience is preferred
- Transfer Agency (TA) or Sub TA data experience is a plus
- Experience with SS&C SalesConnect is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Interpersonal skills and a team player
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs,
