Lakeside Industries has a rare opportunity for an experienced Construction Operations Administrative Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative high volume environment that interacts with customers, vendors, other locations and our main Lakeside Administrative Offices in Issaquah, WA.
OVERVIEW:
This Division Accountant plays a key role in the accurate and timely processing of invoices (AR and AP), payroll accuracy and overall administrative support. This position also handles standard office management, including customer interactions over the phone and in person, as well as the liaison between vendors, divisions, departmental leads and field personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*:

- Participates in and aligns with the Company Safety Program
- Accurately enters field payroll while verifying correct job classes are being input for each trade and ensuring correct union rules are applied
- Balances all weekly payroll and submits to payroll department for processing
- Processes production tickets from asphalt plant, verifying customer and internal jobs are ticketed and billed correctly, reconciles against productions reports and setup customer job sheets to generate pre lien notices for outside sales
- Tracks material usage and production on Monthly Production Log
- Code and approve invoices for Accounts Payable
- Balances, tracks, and reports fuel usage
- Coordinates and collects all new hire/rehire paperwork, online safety training, pre-employment drug testing and audio testing
- Responsible for month end financial duties
- Consistently performs duties in alignment with the Lakeside Mission and the Lakeside Experience

An Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. This is a full time, non-exempt position and may include extended hours during peak seasons. Must pass a pre-employment drug test (federal contracting requirement includes marijuana) and possess/maintain an acceptable driving record for the limited driving associated with this position.

WAGE & BENEFIT INFORMATION
The full salary range for this position is $45,000 to $79,000. People entering this job typically start between $45,000 to $65,000, depending on direct professional experience, education, qualifications, and geographic location.
Lakeside Industries, Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time Admin employees (and their families) that includes medical with prescription coverage, HSA/FSA, dental, vision reimbursement program, Life/AD&D, LTD, 401k (with employer matching plus discretionary Company Profit Sharing contributions), 128 accrued hours of PTO, extended illness time accrued at five (5) days per year up to a maximum of 200 hours, EAP, wellness program, and seven (7) paid holidays.
