Arcadis is seeking to add a Document Control Specialist to our team. The candidate will need to be located in the Savannah, GA metro area where they will report to a project site located near the I-16 at I-95 Interchange.

Role description:
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in Document Controls assisting project teams with one or more aspects of project management and delivery including, scheduling, document control, file maintenance, sub-contract execution and progress report preparation.
Role accountabilities:
- Assist Project Managers in preparing project documentation including management plans and regular reports.
- Attend and minute project meetings.
- Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports, minutes, and records regarding contract document control/change control issues. Meeting logistics
- Manage project management priority lists and coordinate timely completion of project activities and close out of outstanding items.
- Manage project meeting logistics.
- Review contract documents and maintain document control processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Coordinates the development, review, submission, and approval process for project deliverables.
- Manage project deliverable submission process in line with Contract requirements.
- Assist in Document Control and Quality Assurance and Control process for all project documents including submittals, contract changes, RFIs/RFCs, correspondence, design documents, reports, meeting minutes and other records. Maintain document control/change control database systems.
- Distribute documents and maintain controlled distribution lists.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a project management support role
Key Attributes
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Very detail-oriented, pro-active, organized, and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working in the Engineering or Construction industry working in a project delivery environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and work at a high level independently with little oversight.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu (PDF software) desirable
- Experience with ProjectWise and e-Builder
- Experience with the Department of Transportation
- Microsoft Teams/Forms/Power Automate
Arcadis offers benefits for full time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $61000 – $91000 / year.
