Compensation (if hired after the internship): Approximately $50K base + commission on Sales + Equity.

Summary:
Drive the growth of EL-FI Homes by cultivating meaningful relationships with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing tailor-made solar, battery, and electric solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Success:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers ensuring high satisfaction with our products and services.
- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction while upholding the company’s values and objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and address feedback to continuously improve our product offering and customer experience.
2. Business Development:
- Engage potential customers through online sales and lead platforms.
- Understand homeowner needs and advise them on the best solar, battery, and electric solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring the steady influx of potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns targeting homeowners in So. Cal.
3. Culture & Team CollaboraƟon:
- Uphold and promote our company culture built on transparency, flexibility, accountability, and delivering results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to further embed our culture in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
(Some of the qualifications will not be required for SkillBridge interns)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in customer success and business development roles, preferably in the solar, battery, or electric industry.
- Strong understanding of the So. Cal homeowner market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passionate advocate for the environment with a keen interest in sustainable technologies.
- A valid driver’s license.

Training:
El-FI Homes will provide NABCEP training.
NABCEP Board Certifications ensure you have the knowledge and skills to meet the demands of renewable energy projects and employers across the world.
Vets2PM Provides:
- Mentorship and guidance via regular SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings.
- PM Fundamentals course, Resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills course.
- Other free resources, including an electronic copy of ‘How to Speak Civilian Fluently’.
Other:
Not all internships include certification training by Vets2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead. If selected for an internship with Vets2PM please read your approval email, letter, and training plan to be sure you understand what is included in your internship.
