Title:Outside Laborer
Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Pay Rate: $17.00Hr
Benefits after 90 days!
Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Job description subject to change.
- Maintains park and facilities cleanliness by performing trash/litter removal,
- graffiti removal from walls,
- light landscaping
- weed abatement
- pressure washing and surface cleaning
- pan and broom duties
- other general cleaning duties in an outdoor, city block environment.
- Actively acknowledge and engage pedestrians with friendliness and provide visitors with directions, city information, and escort services
- Build and maintain solid, working relationships with local business owners and residents in footprint.
- Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of other service workers and provide assistance in other areas of footprint during special events and festivals
- Must be willing to work weekends as deemed necessary by the site calendar/events
- Daily schedule will change or be adjusted according to client needs. Candidate must be flexible to cover 1st or 2nd shift and respond to changes and emergency needs.
- Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as determined necessary to ensure excellent customer service for our client
- Other duties may be assigned by supervisor

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here represent those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job., The noise level is usually moderate. The employee is required to work exclusively in an outdoor environment and withstand outside elements including extreme heat or cold, rain, wind etc.
