Job Description
SUMMARY
Performs delivery and pick up tasks to local and out-of-state WG Resorts Ltd. and CFI corporate locations as needed. Under general supervision, performs manual tasks such as loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and containers using mechanical equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, dollies or other mechanical warehouse equipment in a warehousing operation or large storage facility, performs related work as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pick up and deliver CFI property and inventory products to and from Departments, receiving locations, & warehouses throughout CFI Corporate offices and WG Resorts Ltd. Supports warehouse management direction.
- Load and unload shipments received from trucks, trailers and or containers onto or from pallets, trays, racks, or related devices.
- Stack or palletize items according to size, shape, code, or related characteristics.
- Prepare shipments to prevent damage during shipment or movement.
- Responsible for maintaining a logbook of their driving activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations governing the rest and work periods for when used as an OTR (Over the Road) driver.
- Service and perform minor repairs to equipment as required to maintain serviceable operating conditions.
- Perform custodial work in maintaining the warehouse.
- Attend meetings and support process improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for obtaining end user signature or delivery documents and assuring that said documents are returned and synched into scanning delivery system.
- Works and communicates with internal and external clients and customers to meet their needs in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner. Committed to quality service.

- Must have computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, E-Mail, PowerPoint)
- Must have knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Must have problem-solving skills.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work with others in a high pace setting.
- Must have knowledge of Orlando area.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to inside/outside customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must have knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Class A Driver’s License – must have insurable driving record.
- Certified Forklift Driver (must obtain within 60 days of hire)
