The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as “Best of Senior Living” 2022-23, is hiring a Driver to join our team! This is a part-time position.
Sign-on bonus: $1,500
Schedule: Sundays 8am – 12pm. Opportunity to pick up more shifts as available.
Rate of Pay: $17 – $19 per hour.
Under general supervision, the Driver is responsible for greeting all residents, team members, and visitors in a warm, confident, and knowledgeable manner. She/he is responsible for ensuring the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and team members of the community. Works as a member of the Resident Services team to deliver excellence in hospitality and customer service.She/he is responsible for assisting with carrying of packages, groceries, and luggage for transportation within the community.
Transports residents in cars, trams, busses and/or vans to appointments, local shopping, and/or activities; provides assistance to the residents; and maintains and may clean the vehicle(s).As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
Experience & Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of driving experience, preferably in a geriatric setting, with a clean DMV record
Certificates & Licenses
- Valid Driver’s License; CDL is a plus
- CPR certification is a plus
