Looking for a Networking Project Manager with 5 years of minimum experience into technical expertise and project management. Job Duties:
This role will lead the delivery of high complex project in the Diageo Supply business in the OT / IT networks area. The person would work with multiple work streams or deployments delivering significant transformation to Diageo. The Project Manager is expected to play a broad and impactful role in delivering the relevant Productivity Agenda. The role holder will be required to move between strategy and operational details to set priorities for a diverse business project team to keep them aligned and focused to ensure brilliant execution Plans, Organizes & Communicates: Develops the project approach and impacts from a broad business perspective and from a place of high ambiguity. Creates clarity for business stakeholders on what needs to be delivered and how. Proactively anticipates impacts of the current and future project phases, thinks through issues in advance, anticipates and resolves before issues develop. Able to craft the next phase of the plan while still bringing clarity to stakeholders and project members on the current phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 5 years of minimum experience into technical expertise and project management
- Location: 100% Remote
- Shift: regular day shift and 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 5% travel involved for different locations in North America Region
- Must have good understanding of Networks OT and IT – must be evident in resume
- Proven Project Manager experience in a multinational environment
- Experience of delivering strategic and change projects within the functional area of the portfolio they lead
- Excellent organizational leadership capability
- Strong stakeholder management
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) candidate is highly preferred
Additional Details:
Location: New York, NY, 10007 – 100% Remote. This position will be approximately a 5-months contract (Target Start/End Date: 07/27/2023 – 12/31/2023) – High potential to extend.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): $53.57/hour – $71.43/hour W-2. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
