Ben Bridge Jeweler’s Corporate office in Seattle is looking to hire an E-Commerce Coordinator to join the E-Commerce Team.
Position Overview:
The E-commerce Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and coordinating various aspects of online sales and marketing operations within an organization. This role is responsible for driving the success of the company’s e-commerce platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The E-commerce Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, customer service, and IT, to optimize the online presence and enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website(s) to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user-friendliness.
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions on the website.
- Monitor website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns and strategies to increase website traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports and insights on key metrics, trends, and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies or vendors, as needed to support e-commerce initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and online marketing techniques.
- Proficient in using e-commerce CMS (Content Management System) and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving industry trends and business needs.
Range: $70,200 to $86,000
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
