DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Work with trading professionals in various countries to tailor efficient pricing strategies for corporate bonds. Derive semi-manual and automatic hedging solutions for risk management. Perform statistical analysis of algorithmic orders (RFQ) to evaluate execution, to understand price and market impact, and to improve workflow and strategies. Develop limit- order book-like models for credit markets. Work in close collaboration with Sales to explore ways to expand regional e- commerce footprint. Look for unique automated trading opportunities in North America to drive trading revenue. Understand and comply with firm approach and policies for managing risks and applicable legal and regulatory rules. Balance competing needs across clients, internal partners and firm. Understand cross-asset element of credit. Develop models that incorporate all elements that drive pricing of credit market. Develop appropriate back-testing and simulation framework for optimizing workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Mathematics in Finance, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as E-Markets, Financial Quantitative Research Analyst, Fixed Income Quantitative Research Analyst, FX E-Trading and Systematic Execution Analyst, Mortgage Quantitative Research Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Python; SQL; fixed income and credit products pricing and risk management; financial analytics library development; statistical time series analysis; statistical models including linear regression; modern portfolio theory; and convex optimization.

Salary: $205,000.00-$285,000.00 per year.
