LaSalle Network has partnered with a major revenue cycle management solutions company. They serve hundreds of hospitals across the United States and provides advanced technology to improve patient engagement. They are seeking an EBO Division Manager to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. EBO Division Manager Responsibilities:
- Review client reports daily/weekly
- Maintain high quality management scores
- Review low scoring quality management calls and follow up with supervisor to ensure coaching sessions are complete
- Manage supervisors and if applicable, call center agents
- Address employee concerns regarding performance or conduct
- Keep department manual up to date regarding process changes; ensure supervisors and agents are up to date on compliance, system or talk off changes
- Manage dialing campaigns
- Monitor inventory
- Maintain reporting of the following: production-inbound, callbacks, daily agent tracking, revenue, quality, attendance Proper staffing by location
EBO Division Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 2 years of work experience OR high school diploma/GED with 5 years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial or health related field
- Experience in a manager position or similar role for team of 10+ representatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understanding and experience on FACS a plus
- Great organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to train employees when needed
- Excellent communicator
- Strong leadership skills
