You’ll hire and manage a dedicated team of designers, photographers, and content creators, ensuring that every click, scroll, and purchase is an enchanting journey for our customers. From crafting eye-catching product images that stop shoppers in their tracks to developing multimedia content that evokes emotions, you’ll be instrumental in forging connections that extend beyond the screen.

This is a remote, full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Direct image creation (photography and renderings), listing videos, Amazon A+ content, brand storefront, and other creative initiatives.
- Hire, onboard and manage an in-house creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, 3D visualization specialists, photographers, and maintain accountability for their performance and deliverables.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that Linea di Liara’s creative direction remains innovative and fresh.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and ecommerce teams, to ensure that creative concepts are aligned with business objectives and timelines.
- Take ownership of the creative process from conceptualization to the final product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an art director or creative director for an ecommerce company or agency (Amazon experience highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing, and social media trends and best practices.
- Significant experience with Adobe CC (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), 3D rendering tools, and a working knowledge of innovative tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion
- Proven track record of growing and scaling successful brands through creative strategies and visual designs.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and photographers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
