Integer is seeking a full-time eCommerce Senior Art Director that is energetic and thrives on creativity to join our agency!

The eCommerce Senior Art Director will work closely with team writers, UX strategists, and project managers to help grow our client’s brands, drive qualified traffic to ecommerce platforms and promote consumer sales. The candidate will demonstrate high-quality design skills and conceptual thinking abilities across multiple digital shelf specialties for eCommerce retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and more. This position requires:

  • Mastery of eCommerce creative strategy and the ability to conceptualize and design best-in-class eCommerce content including product detail pages, retailer brand stores, on- and off-site digital advertising, digital shelf videos, and eCommerce assets.
  • Ability to direct production of new assets (product photography, video, etc.) as well as use available assets such as client-supplied product packaging, style guides, brand assets and photography to develop compelling content.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, working with eCommerce Strategy and the broader creative team to seamlessly integrate eCommerce into omnichannel programs.
  • Ability to assess projects while incorporating direction from multiple sources, able to manage multiple projects at once, and able to work in a fast-paced, open, team environment.
  • Solid organizational skills for delivery of highly complex and detail-oriented work.

What You’ll Do in This Role

  • Design content, layouts and create web ready assets for digital media including websites, mobile sites, and eCommerce
  • Translate brand creative direction into engaging and effective content
  • Strong conceptual, design and production skills with ability to accept direction from Creative Directors and Account Services
  • Translate creative into a digital environment that ensures a cohesive brand image
  • Work closely with product managers, copywriters, and brand strategists to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
  • Request and understand how to follow specs/guidelines for development ready handoffs
  • Be versatile and flexible, able to respond quickly and willing to shift gears
  • Manage tight deadlines along with high volume production
  • Multi-task & express strong prioritization skills while working on several brands daily
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class digital graphic design assets
  • Communicate consumer packaged goods features & benefits in clear, concise ways
  • Accept constructive criticism and applies feedback
  • Stay current with industry standards and trends
  • Present work to internal shareholders and external clients
  • Participate in agency training and seminars
  • Learn and follows agency processes and procedures
  • Ensure flexibility to work extra hours with limited notice
  • Identify efficiencies and improve upon current eContent development process

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in Digital Art Direction and/or production work in web design and digital media
  • Technical expertise and strong web/mobile design skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires working on multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality work products
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with superior follow-through
  • Strong work ethic, ownership and accountability for business
  • Must be a collaborative, team player with great initiative and communication skills
  • Strong experience in Adobe Suite products (primarily Photoshop & Illustrator). Experience with InDesign a huge plus, but not mandatory
  • Interest in Ecommerce trends and online retailers

The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $65K-$78K.
