The eCommerce Staff Delivery Lead and Resource Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the intake process for product management teams within a company. They play a crucial role in streamlining and managing the flow of incoming product requests, evaluating their feasibility, and ensuring their efficient prioritization and assignment to the appropriate product managers. This role will report to head of Sales, Services and Commerce Applications.

Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the product intake process by receiving, organizing, and tracking incoming product requests from various sources, such as stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
    • Evaluate and triage incoming product requests based on predefined criteria, such as strategic alignment, feasibility, and impact on business goals.
    • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather additional information or clarification on product requests when needed.
    • Maintain and update a centralized system or tool (e.g., project management software, ticketing system) to track and manage the product intake pipeline.
    • Prioritize and assign product requests to the appropriate product managers or teams based on their expertise, workload, and strategic priorities.
    • Partner with engineering, product manager and cross functional IT teams to execute and maintain resource plans and financial records.
    • Ensure that product requests are properly documented and include necessary details, such as business requirements, objectives, and success metrics.
    • Communicate with stakeholders and requestors to provide updates on the status of their product requests, manage expectations, and address any concerns or questions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to facilitate the smooth execution of product initiatives.
    • Support the product management team in maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date roadmap of planned and ongoing product initiatives.
    • Analyze and report on key metrics related to the product intake process, such as request volume, turnaround time, and resource allocation, to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to product management intake processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in project management or product management is a plus.
    • 5+ years experience in a program / project / delivery management
    • 3+ years’ experience managing stakeholder expectations in IT environment across IT teams and with Business team.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and completeness in documenting and tracking product requests.
    • Proficiency in using project management or ticketing tools to manage and track product requests (e.g., JIRA, JAMA).
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and assess the feasibility and impact of product requests.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Knowledge of product management best practices and industry trend a plus
    • Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as spreadsheets and presentation software, to analyze data and create reports.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple product requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California (Bay Area) – $138,000 – $198,000

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
