EDI Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

The EDI Order Coordinator is a self-starter who oversees daily EDI processes and provides EDI production support. This role monitors EDI systems, resolves issues and works with the Order Management Team and Warehouse to ensure daily business processes flow without interruption from EDI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor all Inbound and Outbound documents.
  • Work with Trading partners and their EDI provider to resolve any issues of transactions (Inbound/Outbound) that are transmitted
  • Maintain External Cross-Reference files for some of the Trading Partners. This would include the Retail Pricing Updates
  • Review Chargebacks and provide necessary backup if necessary, to dispute charges related to EDI
  • Work with EDI team on setting up Test Scripts for new Trading Partners
  • Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and help monitor and ensure proper inventory levels per customer expectations, Other duties as assigned.
  • Perform daily validation of EDI transmissions going to and from VAN, AS2, and FTP.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service regarding Customer requirements.
  • On-call after hours as needed to provide business continuity support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following credentials:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Key Account Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with the customer and handle problem resolution in timely manner.
  • Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge with strong emphasis on Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Table is a plus) used for tracking and analysis. Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing, stress induced changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions to errors and issues found internally, or by the Trading Partners
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills requires to carry out multiple client projects at one time.

Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 plus bonus
