Your role in our mission
- Responsible for Supervision of direct reports, meeting client needs, staffing including hiring/termination, employee issues such as payroll, HR, work production, resolve conflicts, handling client/provider complaints, and/or fixing productivity/quality issues. Ensure monthly, mid, and yearly employee performance reviews are delivered timely for direct reports and work with employees who are not demonstrating satisfactory progress.
- Managing call center and escalations from Health Plans, Providers and Client relating to EDI technical services. Maintain a record of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial action taken of all active investigations. Provides technical assistance to users who are experiencing transmission difficulties. Assists providers, trading partners, and billing agents with electronic 5010 X12 HIPAA batches and real-time transactions.
- Responsible for meeting multiples SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for 3 departments (EDI, Claims Adjustments, and Data Capture) and updating their manuals/companion guides with processes on daily/monthly basis. Must be able to batch, key and process FL Medicaid Claims, Responsible to meet deadlines, learn and manage department metrics/daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely manner.
- Responsible for approximately 100 Client requested letters in a month including Claims Expenditures, ARs, Deny Claims requests, History Claims, Transplant Claims including keying and processing claims. Letters are due on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with deadlines otherwise potential liquidated damages to the company.

Must be available to work on site between 7 am to 6 pm (Mon – Fri)
Willing to work on weekends as required
The pay range for this position is $43,500 – 64,700 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
