Linwood Mining and Minerals is currently seeking a self-motivated, reliable and safety-oriented Production Packager for our Lime Plant operations based out of Davenport, Iowa.
Our Production Packager is responsible for bagging and packaging limestone products for our customers. This is a physical, outdoor role that includes operating equipment such as a forklift and using a computer to dispense the right amount of material into large bags. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training provided – no previous experience required.
What makes you successful in this role?
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent GED) and a valid driver’s license
- Enjoyment of manual, physical work and being outdoors
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Working in an environment that promotes growth based on performance
- Mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
This position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm each day, with the option for overtime. Pay starts at $21.00/hour.
