Job Summary

This position is remote. #LI-Remote

The Program & Operations Leader is a direct report to the IT area Leader. They have responsibility for managing internal initiatives and external demand. They serve as the Chief of Staff and drive metrics, reporting, & communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Principal accountabilities of the role include people leadership, program management, communications, reporting, financials, and demand management
  • Lead a small team of Analysts, Project Managers, ADPs, Interns or contractors
  • Lead internal Enterprise Architecture initiatives, creates and manages the EA books of work, and manages external demand
  • Partners with other Program & Operations Leaders and participates on the IT Business Operations Council
  • Manages area communications, town halls, organization updates, executive briefings, and presentations
  • Works alongside the area Leader on financials, audits, staffing plans, and hiring
  • Coordinates and manages reporting, metrics, facilitates Monthly Operating Reviews, Communities of Practices, and workshops
  • Creates and maintains area roadmaps and measures area progress & maturation
  • Utilizes lean thinking and tools to identify cost savings opportunities through a cycle reduction approach
  • Coaches the team on lean tools and concepts including kaizen, process improvement, value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, and visual management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus but not required
  • 5-7+ years of program management experience, technical experience, and/or people leadership
  • Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills

Base Pay: $98,000-$150,000

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role may also include an incentive plan.
