What will you do?
In this opportunity, you will collaborate with a high-energy, driven team as you build a solid foundation within company sales and operations. Upon completing the 6-month program you will transition into a related position at one of our numerous locations in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on career growth and personal development.
- Complete the Elevate program concentrating on the instruction and practical application for Martin Products, Manufacturing, Company Operating Systems, Sales, Corporate Functions, and other necessary skills to run our business.
- This is a salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent 401K plan.

Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel periodically for 6-12 months and relocate to one of Martin’s locations in your preferred region
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Un-yielding commitment to customer service
- Must be able to train, learn, and grow in a team environment
- Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
- Versatility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Bonus Points:
- 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
- Business, Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering related education
Wage information:
- Wage: $64,480 annual salary

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of Martin’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be within the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Martin’s total compensation package for employees. In addition, Martin provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life, and disability insurance, a profit-sharing plan, a 401K trust plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
