Responsibilities
Description:
The Employee Development & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for organizing employee training, guiding employees on their job trajectories, maintaining employee assessments, recruiting new employees, and improving company visibility through social media and community outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update job descriptions
- Advertise employment opportunity postings on various platforms
- Interface with contracted recruitment agencies including assessing of agency performance and finding new agencies
- Participate in job fairs both live and virtual
- Actively engage with organizations (e.g. Council of Industry), educational institutions (e.g. Community Colleges), and online forums (e.g. LinkedIn) to promote ZMC and spark interests
- Spearhead the employee training program including researching training opportunities, signing employees up for training, and maintaining training records
- Counsel employees on achieving their career goals at ZMC
- Aid in employee succession planning
- Direct our internship programs and guide interns
- Conduct performance assessment program
- Promote positive company culture
- Present in company meetings
Qualifications
Essential Section Criteria:
- Ability to communicate clearly, listen, and negotiate both in speaking and writing
- Interest in being a team player and the capability to compromise
- Self-motivated work ethic
- Computer literate and competent with social media
- Comfortable with public speaking

In addition to our full line of terminals and connectors the company also offers a full range of automatic application equipment which is used by the end user to produce finished products.
