Currently, we are looking for an Employee Rewards Coordinator to join our team!
As our Employee Rewards Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day administration of Mission Healthcare’s benefits offerings to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary benefits, sick and vacation leave, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and all other eligible leaves of absences.
Pay ranges between $22-$25 / hour, DOE
Description
- Assist all employee benefits programs and the relevant laws/regulations that govern them, including medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, 401K, COBRA, ERISA, ACA, flexible spending accounts and 401K benefits.
- Assist all employee Leave of Absence programs and the relevant laws/regulations that govern them, including, FMLA, LOA, ADA, and all other protected Leaves of Absences.
- Overall coordination and execution of benefit orientation process with new employees
- Coordinates with Payroll and/or Accounting for employee payment of benefit deductions premiums during LOA.
Preferences
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Human Resources certification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years in Human Resources with at least 3 years focusing on employee benefits
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and the relevant laws and regulations that govern them, including medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, COBRA, ERISA, flexible spending accounts and 401K benefits.
