A legal services company in San Diego, CA is seeking an Employment Attorney with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience to join their team. You will work with a partner, associate and other support staff, while managing 20-25 cases. You will also be required to work with a diverse clientele, as most of the clients at this firm are small to medium sized companies. The position is fully onsite at a company that offers a flexible schedule and excellent benefits.
Pay Range: $130,000 – $150,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly billing requirement of 160/month
- Manage 20-25 cases
- Run a case from start to finish
- Prepare for trials
- Attend mediations
- Take depositions
- Research and write drafts for cases
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of civil litigation defense experience
- Barred in California
- Experience in employment defense is highly preferred
- Must be self-sufficient
- Must be passionate about the job
- Must embrace constructive feedback and be open to professional growth
