About the opportunity

The Endpoint Technology Analyst (HR title: Technology Support Analyst) is responsible for managing and overseeing and ensuring successful deployment of endpoint devices within SWCA, including laptops and tablets. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of endpoint solutions, including hardware and software deployments, and system configurations. The Endpoint Technology Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that users have functional and secure devices to support their work. This is a full-time, regular, benefits eligible position based in our Broomfield, CO office with options for a hybrid working environment.

What you will accomplish

  • Lead and coordinate endpoint deployment tasks, including the planning, configuration, scheduling, and execution of hardware and software rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to configure endpoint devices, ensuring compliance and functionality with organizational systems and security protocols.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on deployed endpoint devices to verify their functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Assist Technology Management in generating reports on KPIs, including deployments, issues, and resolutions.
  • Respond promptly to end-users’ technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting and support, both remotely and on-site if necessary.
  • Ensure that endpoint devices are configured and maintained in accordance with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to align endpoint deployments with organizational objectives and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to endpoint devices and deployment methodologies. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance deployment efficiency and user experience.

Experience and qualifications for success

Qualified candidates will demonstrate an appropriate combination of the following additional competencies and skills:

  • Associate’s Degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, and 4+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications including A+, Network+ or similar strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with profile development and maintenance via Intune required.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing role required.
  • Proven experience in endpoint device management, deployment, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint technologies, including hardware, operating systems, software applications, and security protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing endpoint devices, such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks, such as antivirus software, firewalls, encryption, and data protection.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with end-users and technical teams.
  • Experience working with users who are in remote work environments and users operating over poor internet connections.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple deadlines/requests at once and ability to prioritize and delegate as necessary.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

An employee in this position can expect an annual salary of $73,840.00-$96,720.00/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
