Job Description

PATH is currently recruiting for an engagement coordinator to support the executive engagement function on the global marketing and communications team. This person will work in partnership with members of the Office of the President, the coordinator will plan and facilitate logistics and knowledge management to support executive engagement strategies and activities for the PATH CEO. The person in this role will support trip planning, external and internal speaking engagements, development of meeting briefs and agendas, and keep thorough notes and records in the institutional CRM. They will also perform desk research and analysis and assemble reports and presentations to clearly communicate results and findings.

A successful coordinator will be an organized self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. They will be a clear and concise communicator who synthesizes complex materials and translates them into talking points. This professional position requires collaboration, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations and relationships.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Portfolio coordination and facilitation

  • Facilitates the development of executive briefs, ensuring internal stakeholders have the opportunity to input messaging
  • Tracks Executive communications with stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and outreach
  • Project manages executive engagement initiatives (e.g., Davos, regional trips, etc.)
  • Shapes agendas for coordination calls
  • Provides status updates
  • Holds internal stakeholder accountable to ensure deadlines are met
  • Develops communication and outreach to PATH stakeholders before, during, and after engagement initiatives
  • Ensures Executive is briefed and ready for external engagements

Project management – core working group

  • Captures and shares notes and next steps during internal EXA/OTP meetings
  • Follows up with core team members, as needed, to ensure that action items move forward.

Research and business Intelligence

  • Performs desk research to support prospective and existing partnerships, identifying stakeholders, issues, and opportunities for engagement
  • Identifies speaking and media opportunities to advance executive engagement priorities

Knowledge management

  • Ensures executive tracker is up-to-date and utilized, providing reminders to EAs and other key stakeholders
  • Manages and maintains Salesforce CRM on behalf of Executive(s)
  • Ensures briefs and other files are organized and accessible by internal stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Proven ability to work independently and within a diverse team across departments
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time and plan effectively in a fast-paced, fluid work environment
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
  • Exceptional writing, analytical and research skills with knowledge of a variety of audiences relevant to the global public health/development sector
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with poise and professionalism

We offer our employees a competitive salary and generous benefits. For candidates based in the U.S., the annual salary range for this position is $64,347- $91,794. The final salary is based on a variety of objective factors.

Hybrid Work

PATH operates within a hybrid workplace model unless otherwise noted. Hybrid employees must reside within commuting distance to one of our PATH offices. PATH’s US offices are located in Seattle, WA and Washington, DC.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement

PATH has instituted a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for all employees, interns, consultants, and temporary staff based in the United States. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as Pfizer or Moderna, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson.
