As a Capgemini SAP Engagement Director, you will Lead as a value-focused, business and technology transformation partner and trusted advisor. Provide client’s business value by applying technology enabled solutions to address client’s their business objectives. Provide project leadership direction to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to an audience of business stakeholders, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Role includes program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.
- Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting.
- Experience working with offshore and/or nearshore teams development rationalizing development work and leading execution across multiple continents. – Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proactively look to find, position, and apply new technology / solutions in SAP. to take early mover advantage in the market
- Work with solutions and sales teams to support new solution and new business product development activities
Required Skills:
- Senior Business Leader with multiple (12+) years of SAP experience that has an End-To-End process view across multiple functional areas
- 4 or more S/4HANA full lifecycle implementation projects
- Proficient and experienced working using Agile framework and ceremonies
- Have a successful track record running large programs
- Detail orientation, self-direction, and independent problem-solving skills
- SAP S/4 project management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Stellar executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
- Experience mentoring team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
- Ability to create a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
- Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
- MUST be willing to travel as needed (can be up to 75% at times)
- A history of professional success, preferably in Consulting Services

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $149,000 – $299,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
