Role description:
As a Business Analyst you will use your strong analytical skills to support projects in New York.
Role accountabilities:
- Manage change request and define the change implementation with steering committee
- Work with management and in-house development team to develop and release enhanced department intranet
- Work with management and in-house development team to develop new or enhance existing SharePoint team/application sites
- Create business process diagrams, presentations, user guides and reports
- Perform quality assurance and code compliance review
- Provide general Engineering help desk support as a member of the Apps Support Team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems
- Working experience with a large public government agency or utility a plus
- Knowledge of DocuSign is highly preferred
- Strong system analysis skills – able to produce concept/scope documents, use case and system requirements documents
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, excellent communication skills; both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Power BI.
- Proficient in ECM solutions such as Open Text and SharePoint
- Experienced with support of document management systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing prioritie

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $76,000 – $114,000.
