Job Overview:
Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an Engineering Specialist to work in our office full-time. Our office is located 15 minutes from the Denver airport.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Engineering administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Coordinate internal & external meetings and help manage complex calendars.
• General office duties and coordination of team events.
• Manage multiple calendars and schedules of Senior Engineering and/or leadership.
• Maintain office facilities and space planning for multiple teams and assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Update team organizational charts & calendars.
• Coordinate travel for Senior Engineering members or leadership.
• Submit expense reports as needed.
• Aid in compiling procedure manuals, including editing technical drawings and other diagrams.
• Maintain schedules for meetings and conferences adjusting based on dynamic priorities.
• Schedule domestic travel arrangements, completing detailed meeting and travel itineraries.
• Any other Engineering tasks as advised by the Senior Engineering Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
• B.S. in Engineering and/or business-related field for an accredited university.
• Prior work experience in an Engineering/Construction based company.
• Strong preference for experience within Renewable Energy fields.
• Ability and desire to handle and solve complicated logistical problems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Must be courteous and diplomatic in dealing with others.
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred. Experience working in a professional office environment.
