Position Description:
The Enrollment Systems Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining software systems related to enrollment management at CGTC. These systems include Target X (Recruitment and Retention), Campus Logic (Student Forms and Virtual Advisor), and associated communications tools (chat, text, etc.) to communicate with students and help ensure a seamless enrollment process and successful student retention rates. This position will serve as the intermediary between college departments for consistency in communications and operation and troubleshooting of software. Maintains qualifications for employment as described by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Policy Manual and accreditation standards. Follows rules and regulations as described by the TCSG Policy Manual and other policies and procedures established by the institution. Position may require travel within the College’s service area as well as other travel as needed.
Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
§ Managing enrollment systems and the student onboarding/enrollment/application process in concert with the Director of Admissions, including Banner, Target X, Axiom, reporting software, and scheduling software.
§ Monitor Target X recruitment and retention modules for operation and consistency, and Axiom integration with Banner ensuring that systems are in sync.
§ Maintains knowledge of enrollment processes and procedures;
§ Provides updates to supervisory chain for the multiple units involved with the use of enrollment and retention software and provides necessary status updates and usage reports, etc.
§ Creates and updates communications for enrollment, advisement, financial aid, and other departments as needed related to enrollment systems software.
§ Assists with creation of and management of events and forms within Target X as requested by units across campus.
§ Responsible for reviewing and suggesting improvements in the processing of the student onboarding/enrollment/application process, financial aid communications, and advisement processes flowing through the enrollment systems
§ Assists with queries through use of SQL for reporting purposes for Enrollment Services units
§ Review and update applications and systems as needed
§ Participate in reviewing and recommending systems or software to improve the student experience
§ Stays abreast of changing institutional information including admission requirements, new programs, course changes, deadlines, important dates, costs, expanding facilities, updates in college-wide initiatives, transfer requirements, and state and federal mandates to ensure college student communications reflect those updates
§ Completes all assigned trainings in a timely manner
§ Other responsibilities as assigned.

§ Knowledge of or willingness to learn use of SQL software and it’s use with the Banner Student Information System
§ Skill in the operation of computers and job-related software programs

§ Skill in analyzing data and situations for accurate assessment
§ Decision making and problem-solving skills
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Must upload transcripts/licensure which show conferred educational degrees and document qualifications in the employment history:
§ Earned Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution from an academic institution that is accredited by an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education
OR
§ Documented Five years’ work experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications, in addition to minimum qualifications: Preference may be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, provide transcripts of conferred degrees and demonstrate in the employment history possession of one or more of the following:
§ Documented experience working in a post-secondary institution admissions or advisement office
§ Documented experience in communications, technical writing, or related field
§ Documented experience with the Banner Student Information System, Target X, Axiom, and Campus Logic
Documented experience in analyzing and troubleshooting business needs and developing processes for solution
Benefits
Salary/Benefits:
Annual gross salary range of $45,000 (Bachelor degree) to $50,004 (Masters degree); actual annual gross will be based on the candidates meeting the published minimum and preferred qualifications. This is a 12-month position. CGTC is a member of Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRS) and Employees Retirement System of Georgia (ERS). This position is eligible for retirement benefits, state insurance, leave accrual and holiday pay.
