About This Role:
Human Resources seeks a highly motivated and collaborative leader to serve as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Manager. This position oversees the overall system functionality and integrity for K-State’s Human Resources HRIS system (currently Oracle-PeopleSoft). The position assumes the lead on all HR ERP projects and enhancements and provides analytical leadership in design, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of the system; develops and improves business processes by analyzing day-to-day and recurring operations; maintains system tables, and provides training. This position supervises the HRIS Systems Coordinator. A successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment engaging with university stakeholders to make the most efficient use of the HRIS system.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Human Resources ERP system support/implementation
- Experience with Human resources business process and data management
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problem utilizing systems to improve business processes and efficiency
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) HR and system-related changes and provide training and support to end users
- Knowledge of data structures, functions, and processes
- Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite products to include Excel, Word, Access, Visio and Power Point
- Previous leadership experience in managing systems projects
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and provide conclusions or approaches to the job
- Previous supervisory experience
